Happy new year everyone, we hope you had a great Christmas and are now full of energy for another year.

We’ve heard lots of talk over the past few days about new years resolutions; losing a few pounds, getting that boyfriend, paying off that loan, studying 87 hours per week.

We think these types of resolutions are harmful, as you’re telling yourself that you’ll be good enough when……

You are good enough right now, just as you are, and its about time we made a new type of resolution. A manifesto if you will. Similar to our pledge (If you haven’t signed it yet, do it now!), the 2018 manifesto includes the promises that we hope to make to ourselves, the rules we hope to keep, and the thoughts we will try to focus on. But, if we let it slip from time to time, that’s okay too.
