Don’t be too mad at us but we’re going to be the ones to remind you that school is starting back soon. Don’t worry though! We have just the perfect little book that will make going back to school a whole lot easier!

In 2019, some of you might be familiar with the cutest little book called “The Survival Handbook for Girls” that we brought out. This book is has been lovingly put together by our entire team and beautifully illustrated by our friends at Vitamin Creative.

The book has loads of life hacks, advice, information, and some interactive bits and pieces covering topics from how to deal with negative friendships, how to protect your beautiful, precious heart, how to deal with anxiety, and how to do your bit for the environment.

The booklet is especially for Shona girls aged 11-20 but we haven’t yet found a man, woman, or child who didn’t love it. Check out the interactive version here… CLICK TO READ…

You can also order a single version for yourself, your daughter, your sister, cousin or BFF here for just €7.95 which just covers the cost of print, package and postage. Just click the form below to order…

We are so thrilled at the response we received last year and received over 30,000 orders from schools and individuals. If your school is interested in ordering some copies, please ask them to get in contact with us via [email protected]

In 2019, we visited the Presentation Secondary School in Waterford. This is what their teachers and students thought…

“The Survival Handbook is good, sensible advice for girls to help them navigate the challenging teenage years and beyond.”

Pauline Beglin- 1st year Head, Presentation Secondary School.

‘The Survival Handbook for Girls is an excellent piece of work presented in a teen-friendly format with lots of essential advice for surviving secondary school, teenage years, and life in general.
Well done Tammy and The Shona Project on producing such an outstanding resource! Every First Year Girl will love it!’

Katherine O’Sullivan – Teacher, Presentation Secondary School, Waterford.

I think the book is amazing. It is very relatable and inspiring for young girls

“I liked it because it was interesting, and the writing and pictures are easy to look at and cool”

Please help us to get the word out by sharing with your local schools, and let us know what you think……… 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
