Yesterday, we marked a huge moment — the end-of-year celebration for our pilot mentorship programme! 🥳

We gathered with our inspiring mentors, mentees, and incredible partners to reflect on the journey so far, celebrate the connections made, and look ahead to what’s next.

A huge thank you to @mccannfitzgerald for so generously hosting us — it was the perfect space for connection, inspiration, and community.

We were also lucky to be joined by the amazing Caoimhe from @de_frein , who ran a powerful vision board session. She reminded us of the magic in mapping out our futures, reaching for the stars, and having the courage to step outside our comfort zones to chase what we truly want. 🌟

As we approach the end of this pilot year, we’re feeling incredibly grateful. Thanks to thoughtful and honest feedback from our partners, mentors, mentees, and teachers, we’ve been able to fine-tune and strengthen the programme.

Year 2 will bring careful growth, but most importantly, a focus on solidifying everything we've learned — so that in Year 3, we’re ready for serious scale.
