This week, Demi Lovato appeared on Good Morning America to announce that she will be offering free mental health counselling to fans who attend any of her “Tell me You Love Me” tour dates in the US.

She has partnered with Cast Centers, the wellness center she co-owns with her Mike Bayer, who helped her to overcome her own personal battles with depression, bipolar disorder and drug addiction.

Ticket holders just need to sign up to receive a free therapy session before each show. “We’re also helping out with different charities from around the country,” Demi said. “So it’ll be an incredible, very moving and inspiring experience.”

On her 2016 “Future Now” Tour with Nick Jonas, Demi offered a similar service to her fans “They went to CAST on tours and realized they needed to get sober or they needed to better themselves in some other way,” she explained. “It’s changed lives and I want to be able to do that again.”

Demi is an amazing example of using ones voice and power to create change and help others whilst helping yourself.
