Clean up your feed by muting, blocking or unfollowing accounts that make you feel less than
Get some perspective. No-one’s life is perfect. Social media is where we show our highlights and put our best foot forward.

Why don’t you save this and use it as a reminder every time you seem to fall into the trap of comparison.

Reach out to someone you trust

If you know someone who struggles at home during this time, why not save this, send to them or check in on them while school is out.
