Understanding Eating Disorders - TSP

“Understanding Eating Disorders”

A workshop hosted by Sarah Doyle & Steph Golds in association with The Shona Project

Eating disorders are complex issues that affect many people. They can be quite difficult to understand, both for the people who experience them, and the people who care about those who experience them.

At this workshop on Monday 30th November at 7.30 pm, Sarah & Steph are going to help you with understanding eating disorders. They will provide an overview of what eating disorders are, how they’re treated, why they manifest. They will also provide some tips if you or someone you know is struggling.

Sarah & Steph are both passionate about eating disorders and body image issues and they want to educate as many people as possible about these topics.

Through personal coaching, workshops, and speaking, Sarah has spent the past decade coaching, teaching, and motivating people to live their best life. Steph is a counseling psychotherapist (MIACP) and an eating disorder specialist. She also works with people to provide them with therapeutic perspectives, understanding, and pathways to healing.

Sarah and Steph are massive fans of The Shona Project and both are volunteers with us too. It’s actually how they met, how cool is that!

100% of the proceeds raised from this workshop will go towards funding the important work we do here at Shona. We’re grateful for every single donation and nothing is too small so donate what you can and enjoy the workshop!
