In 2025, The Shona Project established a unified, organisation-wide impact system for all programmes. New evaluation frameworks, shared outcomes, and consistent baseline–follow-up cycles were introduced across Workshops, Shine, Mentorship, and Ambassadors. These foundations now provide a clearer picture of programme reach, participant experience, and meaningful change in girls’ confidence, empathy, belonging, and wellbeing. The year’s work positions Shona to deliver its first complete cycle of end-to-end impact measurement in 2026.
