Discovery magazine, which aims to “give girls age eight and up the advice, encouragement and inspiration they need to get through those difficult pre-teen years”, is in really, really big trouble this week.

Take a look why…

This sh-mag, is basically telling 8-13 year olds that their body shape is something they should be worrying about. And that they should pick clothes that hide the parts of their body that are just not up to scratch. According to the writer girls who are ‘curvy up top’ should go for a one-piece with ‘side ties and cutouts that draw the eyes down’. This begs the question, whose eyes should be dragged down on a girls body, and why should a girl already be conscious of dressing to not draw the wrong kind of attention to herself?

Rubbish, rot, wrong.
